Michael Pomeroy

Associate

Michael Pomeroy is an Associate at Carter Arnett. Michael has experience representing clients in intellectual property and commercial litigation matters. Michael has represented plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving patent infringement, copyright infringement, breach of contract, and theft of trade secrets. As a registered patent attorney, Michael has also represented clients at the USPTO as well as in appeals at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Prior to joining Carter Arnett, Michael was an Associate at a patent litigation boutique in Dallas, TX, where he was involved in patent infringement cases spanning a range of technologies, including but not limited to graphics rendering, near frequency communication, and distributed speech recognition architectures.
